In that time, we haven't had a single complaint about the feed or any issues with it from any of our affiliates. Any changes, advice or amends I ask for are always answered and resolved very quickly, and we have a great friendly relationship with OneFeed. They proactively optimised our google shopping feed to a specified set of keywords without me having to ask/prompt - they actually came to me and offered to do this.
