The Challenge

With Onefeed’s paid Search Ads in the bag and performing well, achieving scale and growth via paid social media was needed. Confident in their product pricing and quality, Onefeed was now tasked with growing Shapeshifter Nutrition’s online reach, to attract new customers and audiences, while delivering sales growth.

The competitive nature of the health and fitness nutrition industry meant we needed to differentiate and separate Shapeshifter from its competitors. Achieving this through innovative creative design and continuous testing to find what tone of voice, creatives, and audiences resonate best with the ads, leading to the best return on ad spend and lowest cost of sale.

Our Approach

Upon the launch of Shapeshifter Nutrition’s campaign in mid-2022, Onefeed initially aimed to drive increased Paid Social revenue through a scalable account structure, focusing on key performance objectives at the middle and bottom of the marketing funnel, such as traffic and conversions. Finding what works and building on it!

We have achieved year-on-year growth through the optimisation of the product feed using Onefeed’s propitiatory Client Centre system, allowing us to improve the quality of the feed’s data which in turn drove greater marketing efficiencies, and resulting in quicker launches of new products across the Paid Social channels.

The automated feed manager plays a crucial role in minimizing campaign downtime. It assures a swift execution of new product launches and turnaround of flash sale campaigns, positioning Shapeshifter Nutrition ahead of the competition and contributing to sustained growth.

Our strategic testing plan evaluates new and seasonal ad copies, ensuring effective messaging, and explores diverse ad creative types, including video and carousel formats, to identify the most impactful content for Shapeshifter Nutrition’s audience.

We have also employed saved and custom audiences to fine-tune our targeting strategy, in particular audiences which Meta channels are so strong in. This ensures the right message reached the right individuals, at the right time, maximising the impact of Shapeshifter Nutrition’s campaigns and driving bottom line growth. By working cross-channel to ensure our messaging and promotions are in line with the other paid and organic digital channels, brand consistency was achieved with greater impact and response.
